Tithing

Tim loves coins and counting, so it seemed like a great time to review the idea of tithing.

We started by talking about how tithing means one of out ten and it is something special we give to Heavenly Father to thank Him for our blessings. People used to pay tithing on lots of things: milk, chicken, etc. Now, we pay money. 

We got out a big stack of coins and practiced counting, talked a little bit about the different coins, and picked out one tenth of our coins.
